An on-demand pop/bang toggle for the VB, intended to allow enabling and disabling the effect rather than keeping it active continuously. The attached v5 is the last version posted by the author in the reviewed thread.
Controls and compatibility
The author describes holding Cruise Cancel until the gear-position display shows 1, then pressing it again to disable. This shares the public map-switching button combination and needs a different mapping if those features are combined.
The intended mapping is for 2022–23 VB. An August 18 report on a 2024 Limited did not work; the author confirmed the button difference. A rear-defroster remap was suggested in discussion, but a ready-made corrected 2024 file was not attached. This post therefore does not label v5 as 2024+ compatible.
Installation and limits
The author gives Atlas → select the calibration → File → Import → Mod as the import path. Enabling an imported feature still needs the normal compatible-calibration flashing workflow. This file is explicitly described as not stock J-pipe friendly, and the author reports exhaust gasket damage. It is not a validated catalyst-preserving tune. Do not combine it with Spooler, whose author explicitly prohibits simultaneous pop/bang operation.
