#16

What it does

Changes turbo behavior to keep the turbo more active and improve perceived boost recovery and throttle response. Members also report a quieter idle exhaust and different intake/turbo sounds. These are author and member observations, not measured performance guarantees.

Attached file

The opening August 13 Spooler.amod remains the only AMOD attachment in the reviewed discussion through September 5. The author explicitly calls it an early version that works. The downloaded filename has “(1)” from the local save dialog; its bytes are unchanged.

Integration

The supplied graph uses the SI Drive parameter and a Maps to enable table. The author says a setup without map switching needs those dependencies removed; have the resulting graph reviewed rather than assuming a missing map-switching feature will be ignored. Members report using it on a 2024 VB, but that does not establish all-ROM compatibility.

Critical incompatibility

Do not run this simultaneously with Bangin' or any other pop/bang feature. This is an explicit warning from the author, and applies when considering other releases in this category. The discussion also notes increased fuel use and different behavior with different bypass-valve hardware. No stock-turbo durability or track-safety validation is supplied by this post.
