A community rotational-idle effect variant shared within the original Rotational IDLE discussion. It is separate from hatekarma's cylinder fuel-cut v2 project; version numbers from different authors are not one upgrade sequence.
Attached version
On August 24, _combustible87 identified the attached V3 as the latest version that worked for them without a check-engine light. September 9 replies still direct users to this release. The downloaded filename includes “(1)” because a same-named file already existed on the downloading computer; the original bytes are preserved.
Controls and behavior
The discussion uses the rear defroster switch and a throttle blip to activate the effect on a warmed-up engine. Disable the defroster trigger to stop it. _combustible87 later clarifies that this variant does not affect the BPV.
Compatibility
VA members report using this variant, but there is no complete ROM compatibility matrix. Earlier files in the thread had VA stalling/no-start reports and should not be confused with this particular contribution. The author describes the official burble fuel-cut feature as a more stable alternative with different behavior. This idle effect is not a normal-idle calibration or a power improvement.
